After conducting a month-long food elimination test, I learned I have to have a wheat free diet. I was so grateful to learn which food had been causing me so much misery that I barely had time to be sad about all the foods I’d have to give up.

Wheat must have been affecting more of me than I ever realized. My skin rashes disappeared. My moods are better. I feel less tired than before. One of my friends, who also has a wheat intolerance/allergy, said she had no idea how bad she’d felt until she actually gave up wheat and felt so much better.
